Limited Warranty
All warranty claims must be filed within 45 days of the battery's failure. Replacement batteries carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
Before initiating a claim, please review the warranty terms and conditions below to determine if your battery failure is excluded from coverage.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover batteries that are merely discharged or damaged due to:
- Normal end of life due to use of all available amp-hours
- Abuse, physical damage, neglect, or if top decorative cover has been removed
- Mishandling - including using terminals for lifting or carrying
- Misuse - use requiring higher cranking power or reserve rating than designed
- Oversized applications - requiring higher capacity than battery's specified rating
- Non-standard applications - normal or accelerated deterioration from unintended use
- Natural elements - wind, lightning, hail exposure
- Catastrophic damage - fire, collision, explosion, vandalism, theft, case penetration
- Charging errors - overcharging, undercharging, reverse polarity installation
- Improper maintenance - improperly torqued connections or unsecured hold-downs
- Prolonged storage damage - vehicles in transit/storage >14 days with active electrical systems
- Incorrect charging equipment - chargers without regulated 13.5V-13.8V float charge voltage
- Incorrect alternators - alternators outside 14.0V-14.7V regulated charge range
- Over-discharge - battery with open circuit voltage ≤10.5V
- Vehicle electrical issues - failures caused by vehicle electrical system problems
- Chemical damage - oil, solvents, alcohol, detergents, acids, alkalis, ammonia exposure
- Terminal short-circuiting - direct shorts between battery terminals
- Thermal damage - heat damage to case or terminals
- eBM system failures - battery monitoring system issues (see below)
- Electrolyte loss - from Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) opening
Failures related to the eBM (electronic Battery Monitoring) system are excluded from warranty coverage. Please ensure your charger and alternator are compatible with your battery system.

If Manufacturer determines that your defective battery is covered by this Limited Warranty, Manufacturer will, at its sole option:

Step-by-Step Process
- Return the battery to your original retailer, wholesaler, or dealer
- Include your original purchase receipt
- Your retailer will work with the Manufacturer to determine warranty eligibility
- Manufacturer will process your claim and provide resolution
For Direct Purchases from Manufacturer:

Email your warranty claim to the contact information provided in the section below. Include:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- Battery serial number and model
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos of damage (if applicable)
